With our existing clients' project, we demonstrated the importance and usefulness of agile software development. We do not have a large hierarchy of management positions that would delay the process of approving change requests etc. A “change request” is a common practice in software development, which cannot be avoided, therefore we at WaqarTech we develop the application in such a manner that easily accommodates feature change requests. We believe this is a significant differentiator for us.

We usually design the screens for application platform before starting the development, therefore we always have most of the background knowledge on the requirements, and it is just a matter of engaging the team and starting the project.

We have a team of front-end designers ready in place to start building the UI in plain HTML/CSS format with demo data. This is the process where the application screen designs will be transformed into real web pages. If client decides to work with WaqarTech, we can start development of UI (front-end) immediately, followed by platform core development.
